Are you an excellent people-person with energy, commitment and flexibility? We are a stunning newly refurbished pub/restaurant with a fantastic reputation to maintain and are looking for experienced full-time, live-in bar and waiting couples/friends to join this small, friendly and professional team in Guiting Power as soon as possible.

The Hollow Bottom in the heart of the Cotswolds – 2hrs from London, 45 mins from Birmingham. In the last 15 years since Hugh & Charlie took over the reins we have built up a fantastic regular clientele and have featured extensively in the national press.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in Bar and table service and happy to get involved in all areas;
English as first language – or equivalent fluency;
Friendly and bubbly personality with desire to chat to customers;
Professional but informal approach to service;
Ability and desire to develop a good knowledge of our Menus and wine list.

We would like the right candidate to start as soon as possible and they will be available for at least 12 months.
